HELP!

So yesterday I was driving and I floored it to about 80 then we I stopped at the light to turn I notice this whining noice and I could feel that the car was off and the steering wheel would vibrate when I turned it.

Do you have any mods? Did you throw any codes? Whining when you turn the steering wheel can be something as simple as you are low on power steering fluid.
