IND's customer service

Most businesses are in it for the money. But there are a handful of businesses where money comes second to customer service and satisfaction. IND is in the latter category.. and I'm just now understanding exactly why IND has the immaculate and unrivaled reputation that it does.

In my several dealings with them, Nate and Ilia have gone to extraordinary lengths to make sure that I walk away from our transactions not only satisfied, but happy.

Here's my story:

When, through no fault of their own, a piece was delivered late to IND, and as a consequence, late to me as well... Nate and Ilia went to great lengths to ensure that I walked away from our transaction with a smile on my face. They:

offered me a substantial discount on the piece.
test fitted the piece for me at no charge ( no small offer )
stated that if for any reason I wasn't happy with the paint, they would refund their painting fee. (For the record, the paint was a DEAD match. Quite impressive, given that they only had my small tow hook to match from)
AND offered to have the piece fitted AGAIN by one of their contacts here on the West Coast, once I received the shipment, at no charge to me... all just to ensure that my experience with them was excellent.

I've never seen such totally unsolicited customer service. That sort of customer service deserves to be recognized publicly. And its for that reason, that I will go out of my way from here on out to recommend IND. Their work and customer service are TRULY STELLAR. Their reputation is well-deserved.

IND is great. They pretty much do everything you ask for and beyond... except happy ending.

Picked up some more mods from IND. Color match on my grills was perfect! There is a reason I only buy mods from IND, their customer service is amazing. Always looking out for the little guy
