Need some help on car damage

Hey just recently got hit in a 3 car accident, basically was stopped, person behind me(minivan) was stopped, but the person behind her didn't stop(avalon) and initiated a collision, which hit the minivan who hit me. I had the least amount of damage but I am wondering what should be done to fix the damage. It seems like just paint fractures, would they be able to get buffed/detailed out or does it need to be repainted? I can feel the scratches.

depending how deep the scratches are, that looks like most likely a repaint. and its even possible the tabs or w.e holding the rear bumper to the supports and stuff could be damaged. might want to get that checked out. from what you described it looks like their insurance is going to be covering everything so just do everything possible that will give you the least headache in the future.

If you were rear-ended the other person's insurance should cover it. My advice is to just take it to the nicest body shop you can find.
