Being a new guy I'd like to meet everyone!! But will everyone still be there around 2:30? I don't get off work till 2 so that's about as early as I can make it!

Just looked at weather and it says strong thunderstorms may produce large hail. I'm fine meeting in the rain but not hail.

Checked different forecast and it doesn't look like storms roll in until 3. Is that the consensus?

It won't hail. Hopefully the storms hold off. Birmingham has a strange way of delaying weather several hours after it's expected.
