Is there a fix for this? It's so annoying, every time the wipers turn on I can hear the relay click on and off. Wtf my last e90 didn't do this? Would CPO warranty cover this?

Normal operation. You probably didn't notice it in your other car. Turn your radio up or install some kind of sound insulation behind the glove box area.
