BOV install help...
Hi guys, i need some advice urgently.
Ive got an AA bov, and have installed and uninstalled it countless times. But now a friend of mine wants to buy it for his 2008 135i, and i was under the impression that the 135 and the 335 uses the same AA bov? But his car has got a hose that connects to the chargepipe that i dont have. Can he use the same BOV? And how? Thanks in advance!

A hose that connects to the charge pipe? From the diverter valves? If so it is removed and replaced with the aa bov/pipe and the hoses are removed and their sources (intake) caped.

Thanks for the reply.
But no, ah i should have taken better photos. Ive got that whole part, ive been running it on my 335 for a long time. I dont know if you can make out from the photo, but in the middle of the two stock diverter valves on the stock charge pipe, there is a rubber hose attached. Which i dont have on my 335. What must i do with that? Thank you for helping me out!

OOOOOHHHHH sorry I couldnt see the pic before!
That is extra on the 135i and is not reused. It is a form of a bov that is used on the 135i for a sportier sound. It comes off with the charge pipe.
