Strange rubbing noise from rear?

After having the car at the dealer for warranty work, I got it back and the car makes a strange rubbing noise from the rear. The rear brakes were replaced, so I could only assume that was part of it. Never replaced the pads and before I get to looking this afternoon I wanted to see if anyone else had a similar noise.

After driving the car without using reverse at all for about ~15 minutes, I pull up to a parking spot and put it in reverse. As soon as I start to roll, I hear this noise. Best I can describe it as is a rubbing/humming noise. After it does it, it will not do it again if I go forward and back unless I drive forward for some time. I did not notice it the night I got the car, seemed to come up a few days later and after washing.

Just seems odd, figured if it was the brakes it would make some noise forward. Maybe going against the wear pattern it is chattering a little. Anyone noticed similar issues when doing pads (and/or being cold out)?
