cars acting weird.? help

so i have a 2010 335 with the vishnu dci and the grill scoops. custom exhaust and i recently put in a jb3 2.0.
the weird thing is. its been around 40-60 degrees outside. and its amazing.
it spins first, then in second it begins to slip and slide sideways. in tiptronic.
but the thing is , it doesnt allways spin into 2nd gear as much as usuall, even with the same conditions.
any advice? seems like it makes more power some times then other? very uncommon though. usually spins.

I think its common to experience that since we don't have LSDs and a lot of factors come into play to get the wheels to spin...

a lot of factors come into play with this one. I'm pretty sure that it mostly depends on the speed and RPM's during that time.

2010 335i, Lol, wow upgraded didn't we? Tell me its not silver. Slipping and sliding in second? its cause you got rid of the MT and your finally holding boost through 2nd gear! . Heh, Just do the LSD already man! The open diff in this car blows. Similar thing happens to me lol when its wet (since i don't have that much powa! yet) I feel wheels spinning one catches and car slingshots sideways one way or the other. seems to always whip to my passenger side. I HATE THIS OPEN DIFF. it allows for no slide fun, what a bummer in a car that has Twins. so used to the LSD in my S2k.
