Sport Models getting Michelin Primacy HP Tires?

Has anyone received a 535i Sport model with Michelin Primacy HP Zero Pressure tires? I was searching for new 535's and came across one that hand Michelin's on them.

It's either Michelin Primacy or Goodyear Excellence. For the October 2010 production run onwards for the Sport & Msport X drive.

Thumbs up

Michelin Primacy on my late sept 535i w/ sports package build. Took ED in early Oct. and didn't think the tire were too bad considering they were run flats or zero pressure as Michelin likes to refer to them.

So am I to understand Michelin RF's are now being used over the Goodyear RF's? I have an October build on it's way. From what I've read/researched the Michelin's are the lesser of 2 evils if you will. I would prefer the Michelin's based on prior experience with both

Nobody knows. It is all based on that day's production availability. At least it's a 50/50 chance.

According to TireRack, new tires need 500 miles to break-in. Give them a chance.

Any more opinions on road noise on the primacy xp? Thinking about upgrading to 19 wheels but I've been reading bad things regarding the oem zp tires.
