Yes it will fit but the Tips might stick out a little bit, I have a Vorsteiner Diffuser on my e92 and the tips are a little short if that helps any

Where exactly are you located in the Bay Area? Are the pipes still on the car? I might be interested but dont know a lot about the RPI exhaust etc so I would like to check it out first. I am doing some research right now.
