Color Combo for new M...

Have you decided what color combination to get? I currently drive a 06 330i sedan in sparkling graphite with terra interior. Like the combo, but definitely not for an M.
I'm going through the same thing I went through when I first placed my deposit for the e46. I can't decide what to get.
I ended up getting carbon black w/ black interior. Glad I made that choice. CB is a great color. It's early, but right now I'm thinking Jet Black or Montego Blue. If CB makes it on the list of options...I'm there.

New to this board. Former owner of 03 E46 M3. I miss it soooo much.

#4 at my dealer (so they say). I can't wait.

Gray +

The medium gray, which in the 335i is called Space Gray. Either Imola Red or Black for the interior.

+1 on Space Gray w/ Imola Red interior Aluminum trim

or Carbon Black w/ Imola Red or Dark Brown w/ matching wood grain

I love Interlagos but refuse to get another light color interior & am tired of Black int.

I have a white car now (wouldn't get another one) but WHITE w/ Red is HOT!!!

Bill

p.s. Color is a hard choice!!!

Mystic Blue for me...assuming it returns. Current ZHP, so this will be my first M3. Alpine White w/ Cinnamon is quite nice too.

fyi- Prior years color choices...

Long term wear on Imola?

Any idea on the long term wear/durability of the Imola Red leather, esp. seats? Any long term E46 M3 owners with Imola have any input? I'll probably have to post this on an E46 M3 board... I really appreciate the long term durability of black leather seats.

Have also black leather seats in my M3, and I like them verry much. No problems what so ever.
Must say that I don`t like bright leather colors, to much pimp my ride IMHO, so no red for me ........................

YEa.... Their Exotic color

Obviously I am expecting a special blue color rare color (i.e--> Laguna Seca Blue for the E46) Do you think any blue combination would look nice on Red interior, or should I keep it with the normal black interior...
Hmmm....

anybody who has red interior edo you always enjoy it or does it eventually get annoying

Dont like Laguna Seca Blue personally, but a nice light metallic blue would be nice, like on the "Autobild" images.

Cheers

exterior - white/gray
interior - red/black

but who knows...if they let us to choose LSB,PY, or other special colors.

I like the cinnamon, especially with carbon black, however, I wish it had a bit more brown in the color. I feel that it looks too orange at times.

I love the red interior but all the extra red on the wheels (caps, bolts) along with the brakes and interior looks a bit cheesy IMO.

Some of my color inspiration

Yeah I guess an F430 could enhance something that does not really look so good on another car but here it is on a trusty E46 M3. :rocks:
