Powerflex Polyurethane FCAB's

I posted this in the General Forum but figured I'd post them here too so I can get as much feedback as possible.

Just purchased Powerflex Polyurethane Bushings from Bimmerworld. Anyone have opinions on these? I've read i that you should use some type of grease (like marine grease) when mounting the bushings to the control arms so that you don't get any noise from them. However, I've also read that applying grease is a horrible idea and that you should use a lubricant that completely dries up to reduce any movement in the bushings. Any ideas?

I installed mine with just soapy water and I get no noise from them. Have had them on for about 4 months now and no complaints here.
