Guys...when to expect official news?

When the hell do you thikn we are going to actually hear official news?
All I hear is 2007... 2008... WHEN IS IT COMMING ?
Is it supposed to be a secret when the launch is?

good question...I'm guessing it'll be debuted at the Frankfurt auto show in fall 2007 but that's just speculation.

No official info but the topic has been beat pretty heavily on this forum. Most folks are suspecting Geneva, March 2007 with official specs slightly before the show (maybe Jan-Feb). The other leading guess is Frankfurt.

The new M3 will most probably be in Geneva, but it will be the "Concept M3."
Following that there will be a PR with the streetready M3 in July with the car itself being displayed in Frankfurt.
That's the way it was communicated...

But now there are hints that BMW could leave out the Concept and showing the real car (maybe in Geneva??)...

We will see...

By the allmighty Insider named "Scott" on another board. Really officially communicated was the Frankfurt launch by Bruhnke himself...

Other than jussi who maybe had some inside info. this is the first I have heard of legitimate inside info. Surely BMW employees under NDA/PIA agreements know they would get canned for any leaks. Get "Scott" posting over here!
