Who makes high a flow primary and secondary cat system

I am looking for an exhaust mid section which includes 100 cell primary and secondary cats that will bolt straight up to the oem muffler with no cutting etc.

I am not interested in a primary cat delete. I want the high flow cats so I won't need a tune and don't want to throw a cel light.

Who makes such a system? I can't find it with the search button.

There are a few manufacturers that have primary cats only that claim no cel, some that have secondary cats only that don't claim no cel, and even one (RPi) that has no cats at all, and claims no cel. But there is no aftermarket x-pipe with both primary and secondary cats that are claimed to throw no cel.

Given your criteria, my advice, buy a used OEM x-pipe, buy the challenge x-pipe, slap em together. Challenge clamps onto OEM primary cats, after you cut them off from the rest of the x-pipe. This becomes a bolt-on cel-free solution. I believe challenge x-pipe goes for about 1k, used oem x-pipe around 150, so in the end, still cheaper than a lot of alternative x-pipe solutions out there.

So far there is no such solution....some have advertised "no CEL" but a few thousand miles later....CEL
