Need advice for new tires and alignment

Hi everyone..

I was wondering if you can give me some advice on how to go about choosing new tires? My service adviser at BMW showed pointed out that all my tread is almost gone and I have abnormal tire wear with alignment off. I live in San Diego so does anyone know a good reputable shop where I can buy tires and get alignment/wheel balancing done? The dealership is charging me $1,600 for replacing all tires with alignment which seems too much!

I have sports package and want to stick to run flats for now.

Run flats are pretty pricey and will usually run up to $1100 mounted and balanced. Also an alignment should cost under $100.

go to big o tires man and get some warranty on them...but that price is expected still for run flats.
