Max camber with out plates?
Any guesses or known numbers? Speaking up front primarily.

-2.5 or more is achievable with the Turner shim kit, basically some washers that go between the knuckle and the strut. Not everyone is convinced that multiple washers there is a good thing, although a good number of E36 owners have run this without probems.
FYI BMW also sells a skinnier horizontal bolt for the top [hinge] of the strut. See this post for more info. I had to slightly enlarge the existing slots in my front strut towers to get both sides to even out at -2.2, with room to spare. |

So if you used the Turner E36 shim kit and also moved the top of the struts as far inward as possible, how much total negative camber could you get?
