no you can move it to direct air into the intake though , just like what people do when they have the Dual Cones

yeah, the filter is pretty new. and this went for 300+ brand new. i didnt wash the old filter either just bought a new one. if you want the old filter to have as a spare i can give it to u too all you have to do is wash it and oil it. let me know bro
