Ordered Intake from APE... No product yet, no response

So I ordered a filter from APE (which I am to understand is exactly the same intake as Macht Shnell...totall beside the point) almost 3 weeks ago now. I initially received a confirmation email confirming my order and saying that it would arrive in 5-7 days.

Well its now been about 14 days and I have emailed them twice to try and find out what the deal is and they have not given me any reply. I have already sent payment via pay pal.

Has anyone ever had similar issues with them or know of any news about the company that could affect orders?

Could the vendor perhaps chime in?

I'd demand a refund or put in a dispute with the credit card company.

If you're having trouble getting their attention then filing a PayPal dispute should do the trick. Simply explain in your communication that you didn't receive a response to your email and you're looking for an update. Don't let the dispute expire without a resolution though.

Already done. Thank god the transaction was done with pay pal.

This is so messed up. In 2009 APE was getting rave reviews for great customer service etc. Now, there are a number of reviews saying that they are horrible. I guess they went off the deep end. Good ole "resession"

Pay Pal has reimbursed me for the amount of the purchase. Still no response from APE.

I know the owner of Ape personally. He's a cool guy but I think he's done with Ape Performance. He probably didn't get/see your responses. Oh well, paypal reimbursed you so that's all that matters
