Noelle Motors 3.2l kit

Stumbled upon this site in search of alternative N54 tuners and found this for the N52 engine, thought all you 128i guys might like this, though I didn't find much other information. Number seem pretty good though and with the lighter weight of your cars, must be really quick. Enjoy ->

Finally heard back from these guys. Here you go:

The price for the 3,2l kit is € 5.150,00.
The price for the new headers and new ECU program is € 2.900,00.

I love NA, but not THAT much. I'll take a 135i for the difference

NA = Naturally Aspirated. And it's the same motor (N52B30) so it should work just fine in a 128i (probably just need some other minor upgrades in the intake and exhaust departments. They do the tune.

I did mean North America
It says E87 on the web site, either way the cost is around $6500 and that probably doesn't include the installation and with this "tune" you won't get any warranty work done on the car any-more

Too bad, this is how this engine should have been originally built.

it is a stroker kit, increases displacement by using a different crank and pistons. You use your current engine but it will have to be pulled and the new parts installed.

When you add the cost of labor and all the gaskets and one-use bolts that would have to be replaced, this gets seriously expensive. Plus shipping and import tax on the parts if they're coming to the USA.

I'm thinking it'd end up pushing $15,000 to get this installed in the US.

I can't read another post about some expensive mod that costs more than just buying a 135i, produces less power and voids your warranty. Let's all go out and buy 135i's if we aren't happy with the power and stock up on HPFPs ahead of time.

Some of us prefer naturally aspirated vs. turbocharged so the 135i isn't an option

If this kit cost a couple grand, it would be an awesome mod. But for around 10k after labour they probably won't sell too many. Just a nice to have.
