I've heard people report $150-$250. You won't know for sure until you get the letter with your bail amount.
As far as unsigned tickets go... doesn't it have to be signed by you to be legit?

Not sure but I thought all minor fix-its like tint and license plates were the same...
If that's the case, I just paid $25 for no lincense plates. |

Your right. Minor fix-its are $25 per offense. So if a pig writes you up for no front plates and tinted windows, its $50. |

I paid $25 for my front license plate not on, for a ticket I got in Sept. 2009, that was in Fairfield.
But when I got my ticket ~Jan 2008 in Redwood Shores for the same thing it was $10 for tint and no front license plate. Hope that helps.

As to not signing a ticket, it makes absolutely no difference if you sign it or not. If you get a speeding ticket and refuse to sign it, it is still a valid ticket. You are only signing to confirm that you've received a citation.
Unless you're assuming the courts find the cop is psychic and had somehow gotten your driver's license and insurance information using his mind; lying about receiving the citation won't really fly. |

I got one last weekend I asked a cop they told me if I remove the tints it will cost me $15 but if I want to keep it will be $130 fine. But every time you get a tint ticket it will double.
