Which dealer near SF to go to for warranty service

So i bought my car from Irvine BMW, but i live here in San Francisco. Naturally i was expecting to just be going to BMW of San Francisco for upcoming warranty services. However, i've been hearing a lot of bad things about BMW of SF, and they've got a pretty weak rating on Yelp also.

So i'm wondering, what dealer should i go to instead? I know there are several in the bay area, but i'd love to find the best one to deal w/. I'd prefer it to be within 20 or so minutes drive from downtown. Where do all you San Francisco guys go?

I had my brakes changed while I made a trip out to SF and didn't have any problems. Give it a try.

My car got dinged at SF bmw! Also had to tell my SA to clean my brand new mats that I installed before service. They were black, when I went in they were beige, but he did take care of it. Never going back there, I like Sonnen BMW in Marin!

man, from the looks of it, all the dealers mentioned here so far have ratings just as bad if not worse than BMW of SF. I guess if that's the case, i shouldn't bother driving 20-30 minutes away to get the same service, haha. Guess i'll start out w/ BMW of SF for the first appointment, and see how that goes.

I wouldn't go to Weatherford, I didn't like it too much.

+1 on this. They just got new facilities and they're 1000 times better. I just got my 30k service and I was genuinely impressed. They went above just the warranty service and did a full wash, including taking off my wheels and cleaning up some rust that was forming on my rotors. I said one of my cup holders sticks every once in awhile and they replaced both cup holders with a new matching pair(small aluminum piece on them to match my interior). They also replaced my light switch because the symbol was fading, don't ask me why, I thought it was a bit excessive, but I can't complain.

I also hear east bay is pretty good, although I haven't gone to them for any work. But they did let me test drive a car there by just handing me the keys and said go ahead.

really peter pan bmw...so they have significantly changed since 2008? cuz I heard some stories about them from a friend and they were in the news for really poor service dept and there sale folks too.

But i have not heard anything since other than what you guys are saying up here. I go to east bay bmw, dont go to concord bmw cuz I heard there super cheap. But just a heads up I heard from my bro that it looks like bmw is starting to slack on warranty repair...I think the economy is getting to them...

Yeah, they moved their service center and it's much nicer. I used to hate going to Peter pan in San Mateo.
