The Esso on Leslie north of York Mills has a touchless that doesn't have track.
The PetroCan Glide @ Kennedy and 7 has no track. So it's great for lowered car.

There is a touchless and trackless one at the Shell on Kennedy south of Steeles (at Passmore).

I am pretty sure this info is good. I'm originally from Oakville and last time I was there a year ago they installed a new touchless, trackless, conveyer belt system at a Petro-Canada at Dundas St. and 8th Line in Oakville. I believe it's called LaserWash. It uses lasers to determine the size of your car and you can choose between touchless or brush wash. You drive your car onto a platform and it moves your car into the wash bay (you don't have to drive in).
http://www.pdqinc.com/products/laserwash-g5/index.asp I think that's the one. It did pretty well on my Mazda 3 in the winter. |

Simoniz 401 / brock rd in pickering - probably the best touchless / trackless wash I have used.
Esso at markham and ellesmere is also pretty good. Not a fan of the Petro Glide washes, they never get the car as clean as the Simoniz |

Glide is not bad - but not all the machines are the same. The one on Kennedy and 7 has an arm that goes around the length of the car to rinse off the soap.
The other one closer to me (in Oakville) has the washers permanently attached to the wall on the side, and they rely on rotating nozzles to spray the car clean. Unfortunately this does not get the back end of things (side view mirrors, or the trunk area). |

Just went to this one last night on the way home from work. I usually use this one and it did a pretty good job again considering how may layers of dirt and salt were on my car this time.

While not an automated touchless wash, I take my car every weekend to the self wash place that is at Bathurst & Dupont. For $2, I get 4 minutes to wash the car with soap and then rinse it off. Not a bad way to keep the salt off during the winter.

I noticed that this past weekend as well, that's why I washed mine last night on the way home from work. There was no line-up at all.

Since Sunoco/Petro Merged some of the touchless Sunoco washes have been changed to Petro so you can use your Season's Pass. I use mine twice a week. I luv having additional touchless locations now.

IMHO it strips off wax. In fact at the self wash, I only spray water, no soap combo, but that's just me.
