Extreme heat comming from Driver foot well....

As i was driving today in cool 60 degree weather with the AC off, My legs were on fire, there was a unbearable amount of heat coming from the foot well area.

Is this normal?

Check your heater cord same thing occured on my E46 now I have to replace the heater cord, have the dealer run a test.

I have the same problem from time to time although it is no as hot as you described. It drives me crazy...

happens to me but its not as hot as you describe it...i figured it was normal because my b5 s4 was like that.
