The actual swap probably wouldn't be too difficult. On the other hand, finding a spare set of M seats and getting the job done would probably prove to be a greater challenge (that is, expensive).

Someone here or on Bimmerfest had a red M3 interior for sale i the interior for sale section.I think he wanted $3500 or something if I remember correctly.
