2010 335 coupe
Just off the phone w/my dealer. My current lease expires at the end of the month and I had been waiting to hear about the 2010, since she couldn't find an '09 with sport, premium & cold weather packages w/manual transmission. I had been concerned because messages on this 'board' were indicating 2010 335 coupe for March 2010 release. She called this afternoon to say that lease numbers are in for the '10 coupe w/delivery approximately 6 weeks after order has been placed. Anyone have other information?

That sounds about right. The two dealers I have been speaking with these past few weeks were waiting on 2010 pricing to be released today 9/1/9.

yes--lease numbers may be in for the 2010's...however keep in mind that from this message "board"..it seems more and more apparent that there will be a FACELIFT for the coupe/conv's in or around March of 2010..this will be the 2010.5...similar to what they did with the E46 coupe---atleast this is what I hear.. ofcourse, I'm like you..hoping that they dont do something stupid like this, and just release the facelift for the Sept prod--but I doubt that..bc we would have seen pictures of it already.

Or get the face lift and swap the mirrors out

Yeah but i dont like the rest of the facelift either. Headlights are changed and i dont approve. And I think the interior is the same.

They haven't even released non-camo shots yet.

Yeah, but the camo shots show the new headlight design that all the cars are getting, so duh, the facelift will have them. geez! You can see them on the other models.

The climate control change is a decontent measure... You will lose the "Rest" feature which could be useful in cold climate but gain a button to control temp on bboth sides at the same time "dual" button...
The seat heat buttons move up to the climate contol module which makes it look crowded... |

The decontent thing w/the climate control is a bummer. I often used it in the winter when waiting at the commuter lot for the railroad. Sometimes they do the stupidest things!

Some of the interesting developments for 03/10 involve performance options. If you like the current model and are not super concerned with possibilities like DCT, ti variants, etc., then get your order in now and be happy with a fantastic car. There are going to be bi-yearly changes, you just have to decide what your priorities are and be content with your decision about timing.

I hope new facelift is ugly as hell
In that way my car would still look superb until new gen comes. But regardless of the facelift, interior and side mirror upgrades are bad to my eyes. |
