Does this cause me to lose power?

Hey guys, not long ago I decided to get a set of aftermarket straight-through magnaflow mufflers with a secondary cat delete and ever since then I felt as if my 335i didnt pull as hard as it used to. Could this have anything to do with the loss of backpressure? By my knowledge, I thought the ridding of backpressure would've been a good thing along with the weight loss from the oem mufflers. I don't have any other performance mods besides scoops as of currently. any thoughts?

look at how many people bought the car and went "whoa" then upgraded to an SSTT/JB+ and went "WHOA" then eventually upgraded to PROcede/JB3 (or other higher power tunes) and again went "WHOA". I don't know if there ever is a point where the power never seems to fall off after some time. The butt dyno needs constant re-calibration!

On a side note, my car did seem to run a little stronger after an HPFP replacement.

if anything that should increase your power considering with a F/I setup you want to have as much airflow possible, thus increasing the power. anybody feel free to correct me if i'm wrong, but my friend took out his mufflers and secondary cats on his 335i coupe and our butt dynos definitely noticed a power gain.

I have the exact same setup Jz. Do you have the complete Magnaflow system? not that it matters... there should still be at least some gain.
