Exhaust drone idea
The OEM exhaust has a big rubber donut-type thing welded on one pipe. Must be a vibration dampener of some kind.
Has anybody experimented with welding it onto aftermarket exhaust to lessen the drone? If yes, can you buy just that part? Thanks |

it wont make it drone any less, the only thing it may fix is the rear rattle that everyone experiences, but i even doubt it will do that

I have zero rattles and drones on my HKS. I think it is more a function of the exhaust choice personally. Have you guys made sure all your flanges are tight or if welded there are no leaks?
