Service in Maryland

I bought my BMW is Charleston, SC but live in Maryland. The closest dealer to me for service is Tate BMW in Annapolis. Looking for any feedback or input from owners in the area about Tate or other dealers in the vacinity.

Not near you, but I'm happy with the service at Tischer in Silver Spring.

I've used a few dealers in MD. I really liked the service I received when I had my e46 a few years back. I currently use Tischer and the service is OK, but nothing special. Sucks to get an Enterprise rental car though, but you have to had bought your car at Tischer to get one. I also will be using Russel when my e92 gets delivered and so far the sales process has been pretty good.

I bought my MINI at Tate and have had great experience with their service department. They always have a loaner ready & are very friendly - I'm sure their BMW service is just as good if not better

I have a very good SA at Russel BMW, Cindy Hahn. It is south west of Baltimore on Route 40. Loaners are OK nothing to write home about but they are available.

They try their best to resolve issues.

just ordered a 328 from Russel and bumped into Cindy, pretty sure she used to work for VW Russel, and she was ALWAYS helpful with my Jetta.

I almost purchased a MINI from Tate for my daughter a couple years ago but I needed the car soon as she was going off to school. They were pretty good to deal with. How was the pricing on the MINI?

I considered them for the BMW but they are a ways from me. I might take a loook at them the next go round.

Yes she is great to deal with. She has been very supportive as I deal with these RFTs and Bridgestone and BMW NA. How did you find the CA? I think Russel has changed new car management and revamped the sales staff since last year. My CA left the next week after I purchased the car.

They sold me my MINI at MSRP, which is about what I expected since most dealers weren't discounting at the time. I don't feel bad though because I bought the car new for $22k and they gave me $18k nearly 3 years later on trade in for my e90 (along with some additional discounting).
