does software update affects Procede v3?
I think I'll be getting a new HPFP due to long cranks on next service visit. There's a probabilty that they will update my software. I have 2007 Dec build. (Pre-doomsday). I have procede v3 canbus. Will the newest software update affect the performance with my procede? Will there be any lag?

I either had Progman 29.2 or 30.0 then got it updated to ISTA/P 2.34.0 last weekend. Lag is pretty much gone but its really a minor difference. Maybe its because, this is my first turbo car.

I have an pre-Mar 07 build and one of the earliest progman revs.
I just had my 2nd HPFP replaced a few weeks ago, along w/ an exhaust camshaft seal and the dealer did not update to the latest progman. I think you're ok!
