New E90 Owner saying hi!
Just wanted to introduce myself. I got a mint 2006 325xi 6 speed manual a couple weeks ago as my DD. Replaced my 2002 Subaru Outback. The car is awesome! (not that you all don't already know that). The only thing I don't like are the speakers. base stereo. I'm looking at the Bavarian Soundwerks package and the SWS earthquake subs for the most stealth install.
My other cars are: 2005 Chrysler Crossfire 2007 Suzuki SX4 1974 VW Super Beetle 1964 VW Beetle The evening I got it. after I detailed it (I'm pretty sure it had never been waxed) during a recent evening fog |

Awesome photos! Dark blue sky in the first one and fog in the last few are beautiful.
Congrats on the car, and welcome.

Thanks! I spend a lot of time on photography, but it's not my job.
I've been reading this board for a while, just registered, so I've been doing a ton of reading. Here and autopia (for detailing both my bimmer and crossfire). |

thanks. if I remember that one, I was having trouble with overexposure of the lights with the headlights on, so that shot is just the daytime running lights. It was the only way I could get the light beam AND capture the sky color. 1 second exposure, tripod of course.

The camera is my digital rebel XSi and the lens is the Canon 28-135mm USM. Image stabilization was turned off due to the long shutter speed. There's a range that it works best in, and 0.5 seconds and longer seems to be out of that range.
