Installed JB+ and BMS Intake on my 2009 Z4

Installed JB+ and BMS intake over the weekend. Set the JB+ to 100%. The car runs great! Reminds me of the Dinan tune I had in my 335 coupe, only 1/10th the price. I like the sound of the turbos spooling as well.

Great looking ride you got there. Hope you're having fun with the JB+

My friend had a previous generation Z4 and being a soft top we could always hear the wind blowing. Does the hard top eliminate the wind and give you a quiet cabin? Or is it still louder than a coupe/sedan?

The dealer gave me a 135i convertible to drive for about a week until the Z4 arrived. The cloth top on that car was pretty noisy. My car is much better with regards to wind noise and rattles than the 135 convertible. This is my first convertible, so it's my only point of reference. I think it's slightly louder than my old 335 coupe. You get the occasional rattle or creak, but I don't mind it at all. The car is awesome with the top down, so it's worth it to me.

I agree with you. The car would be amazing at 3,100 lbs. They could have saved some weight just by making the car shorter. There is literally 2 feet of mostly empty space between the front of the grille and the motor. The car feels lighter than it is, not sure why. The JB+ definitely helps.

I did not want a soft top vert again, as a off topic Q, have to taken it through a touch less car wash yet ? Any drips ?
Some say the top design is better on yours than on the E93 series.
The Z4 looks even better in person than in pictures too...
