A dealer offered the 2009 328i Sedan(cash purhase) in Toronto:

Space Grey Metallic
Auto Transmission
Heated Stearing Wheels
USB Audio Integration

For $43,000 off the road (tax and stuff incl) Is this a good deal?

Are you sure this includes tax and staff? It's ~15% off if yes...

i just priced one out on bmw.ca web site it came to 45k MSRP

I got ripped off pretty badly on my 08 335i lease - but anyways, I've learned my lesson.

Based on the prices I've seen, that price is a steal.

That's one of the cheapest 09' E90 328i i would say even though it's plain stock. It represented more than 15% in discount. Use the savings on mods.

Sounds like an excellent deal if it includes all 15% tax.

BMW is giving $3-5k off for cash purchases, in lieu of low interest financing. The dealer would have worked out a detailed quiote that lists that amount AND the discount that they are giving. Anything approaching 10% off the list is an EXCELLENT deal. But this time of year you can get those kids of deals on care that are actually on the dealer's lot.

I got almost $10k off my 08 335i last October. Half was from BMW Canada and half was from the dealer.
