DIY Wheel roudel removal?

I just received my new roudels for the center of the swheels and since i haven't seen a thread yet on how to remove these I thought I'd ask for some help. Anyone know the best way to remove them?

Either remove the wheels or use a suction cup to pop them out of place.

Do not use a screwdriver to pry them out, no matter how tempting it is.

I've used duct tape, it works. While it may take a couple of times, the caps will come out.

I got The carbon fiber black and white bmw roudel kit. I'll post it once I put them in I think it's going to look really sick. I already have the hood trunk and steering wheel roudels in and they look great cant wait. I'll post pics when everything is in though
