FS: Almost new JB3 PnP
Hey everybody, I got a JB3 v1.3? i dunno, its the newest one there is. Terry installed it himself, nothing is wrong with it, I just went with a better tune that doesn't exist(for all e90 members). Asking 520shipped, 500 local pick up in Socal. I think thats pretty fair pricing as I only used the unit for like 2-3 weeks. PM me. thanks. UPDATE: tune is pretty much sold. read the thread though if you want another tune. update 2: SOLD!

not GIAC, but another local tune shop.
im putting down 320 to the wheels on a dyno dynamics. the car stock put down 258, with JB3 it put down 290 but it barely peeked there. i gained 70 ft lbs of torque as well, and this is prior to downpipe.

Sounds great and I'm assuming its a flash...let us know when it will be available. I was gonna go GIAC since I know they are releasing in a few weeks here but if there is something better I'm willing to try it.

Sounds like you have access to a fairly accurate dyno compared to most. What other mods do you have on your car?
Mine did 291.7 hp & 319.2 ft-lbs on our local Mustang running Map 6 (JB3 v1.22, cp-e turboback (catless) & Injen intake). Good luck with the sale!

thats not good bro. if from what im understanding, you have catless dps, or even a catback exhaust system that gets rid of the secondary cats, an intake, and jb3, you should put down way more. i have a gay ass AFE intake, and riss racing DVs, and with the tune i put down 320 on a dyno dynamics, which is extremely conservative dyno, even more than the mustang, so im assuming your gains would be less on a dyno dynamics. the people who did the tune explained to me that regardless of what you have, a piggy back system will never beat a tuned stock ECU, and they were right. with JB3 and my intake and DVs i put down 290 AT PEAK. now i put down 320 at peak, but the best part is i hit the peak at about 4500 - 5k RPM, and with the JB3 i hit 290 at 6500, pretty much right when im about to shift. i also gained massive amounts of torque. the car is just crazy the way it is now, and ill gladly race anyone on here with a JB3 and intake to prove it. if you want more info on my tune and your serious and in socal, let me know. i can direct you to the right people

FYI ~ my STi had a big turbo upgrade with supporting mods and did 320 AWHP & 300 ft-lbs. It was good for 11.90s. EDIT: Please PM me any/all info that you can about your tune. I'm interested in hearing more!

and even if im stoned, ill still be down to race and whoop any JB3. while packing a bong rip and taking it, blowing smoke through my sunroof and through your engine, into your intake further slowing down your car! hahahaha. anyway, its a sick tune. i cant advertise it or anything in public, so i dont want to give out any names. but if you dont believe me, please bring your JB3 down, and a broom+ dust pan to clean up your shattered ego.

terry has like every mod in the world, and runs race gas all day.
his chip produces 290 to the wheels, and hits peak at 6500, he installed it himself. i gained over 50 hp in low end(over JB3 with my chip), i was on map 3, with intake and DVs. i tuned it with my local shops tune and they got 320 to the wheels and i hit peak sooner. forward it on to terry, but what is he gonna do? de-mod his car to match mine? hes about to get a turbo upgrade too. but if i do what he did (gets cat back exhaust, downpipe , and intercooler) i have the DPs and intercooler ordered. all i would need is a cat back exhaust getting rid of my secondarys, and terry and i can run it. ill have my car done in 2 weeks and ill post further dyno numbers. ill start a thread pretty soon in 2 days or so with my JB3 dyno, and the other tunes Dyno showing what im talking about.

Are you on crack? Terry's car dyno'd 440 AT THE WHEELS you have 320 whp, which is less than almost every jb3 user on this forum
