FS: Mandrel Bend Midpipes and custom camera mount
***I deleted the sold items *** I’m going a different way with the car and have several items to sell. These are all lightly used and in excellent condition. All pricing is without shipping. **Higher Res photos HERE ** With my account you'll get discounted shipping costs with Fed-Ex so keep that in mind. Typically its 40~50%. First come first serve..pricing is firm. If you call dibs, follow it up with a PM and I will give you Paypal details. Catless Mid-pipes: $200 Mandrel bent 2.5”. Simply weld them in just like any other comparable systems. Custom Aluminum In-Car Camera Mount: $65 **more photos HERE** The aluminum alone in these parts is worth that much. The brackets are machined and the logo'd cover plate is waterjet then the whole thing has been polished. Pictures do no justice. This mount is hot! Tons of people ask where I got it when Im out and about. I made it, I didnt buy it Just bolt your camera This mounts in one of two ways; 1) Single mount (using the 335i logo'd piece) off either headrest 2) Double mount (using machined brackets or 335i logo'd piece) off both headrests. Its stout, and not going ANYWHERE! The one side has machined slots so you can adjust it to fit in other vehicles. Last edited by M3to335; 05-19-2009 at 09:56 PM.. |

Sorry, should add that potential dibs on the camera mount too - depending on what it is and what it's for, that is.

Is it for a backup camera? Frontview under- or in-bumper? In-car camera pointing inwards? In-car security camera pointing outwards? You know, there's a lot of camera options :P

using your terminology, its an in car camera facing out but not for security. usually to record driving patterns while on the track, or illegal races in Mexico.

Hey guys, Im working on locating a scale so I get get accurate weights for these parts for shipping. After that I'll contact each of you in order (including the 7 other PMs I got in about 5 minutes last night) and we will work out who has what.
Regarding the other question about the camera mount; Its a custom made aluimum mount for in-car video. It's designed to be be mounted a couple different ways. 1) Spanning both headrests. It mounts to the headrests using machined aluminum clamps and bolts. 2) Supspended off either the driver or pass headrest. It mounts with a custom machined "335i logoed" mount. People always ask, "where the hell did you get that". You'll be the only kid on the block with this one! Pics and weights for these coming in the next hour or so. |
