How long does USPS shipments with Tischer take?

I ordered a prepainted aerolip from Tischer earlier this month and it was shipped last week via USPS but I haven't received a tracking # yet...how long does it usually take? I know UPS is 7 days max but USPS can sometimes be a nightmare because of custom delays.

That may be true if you reside in the US but USPS is the way to go for Canadians.

They only ship by USPS once per week because they have to go down to the post office to do it. You should get a confirmation email at that time. My blacklines took about 10 days to get to Toronto. I had to pay about $21 in taxes.

yes it depends how big and the value of the items
for example a shift knob and a little items they usually dun charge(80%)
but aero lip or spoiler they will charge since tischer will put full amount on the shipping label...

why don't you save the brokerage fee and hassles and get it shipped to one of the many companies in point roberts that accept shipments then bring it over yourself?

Nope, no confirmation.

I e-mailed last week asking for the tracking # and I was told that USPS sends out a confirmation e-mail, I have yet to receive it. I've e-mailed again asking for a tracking # and I'm waiting for a response. I've heard good things about this vendor and I was told the lip has been shipped so I'm hoping to get a tracking # or the lip by next week.

No offense to Tischer, but for us Canadians, parts can be purchased here for less money, and all in Canadian funds ... U just need the right dealership.

Why chance Brokerage Fees, long shipping, etc ?

I cannot post any details, as I got an "infraction" from the mods for posting a group buy here last week

But I know for a fact, I can buy any part in Canada, cheaper.

to answer your question it's about a week. Depending on what it is, size and what they put on the customs forms. In your case at most one more week since it was sent last week. So 2 weeks at most
