Please Help!!

i have an 06 330i sport package with i drive, that comes with the factory subwoofers. I was listening to music for about 10 minutes on the drive home from work at a normal volume and the bass just stopped working. The speaker bass still works but the subs stopped working. Has this ever happened to anyone before? Any suggestions on what to do?

I had my whole speaker system turn off and I had to turn off the car and wait. I never heard of just the underseat subwoofers turning off. Did you try restarting the car and waiting?

that used to happen to me!! whenever i would blast the radio, after about 10 mins, the bass would just dissappear!! i knew it had to be from the amp!! so i took it in for the 4th time and FINALLY did they notice it!! they had it for over a week trying to reprogram the whole car!! but after 3 ordered amps, they finally got it all replaced and now it just like NEW!!!!

ps.. make sure to ask for a loaner bc its gonna take time!!!
