Anyone interested in going this friday?

I haven't tried 1/4 mile yet but really want to see how fast the car will run! Check out the link below for more details if interested.

I'd go but my winters are back on until i get new summers. Note you need to bring a helmet because you should easily be breaking the 14 second barrier. Motorcycle helmets are permissible

i used to bike race there few times a year! too many curves in short distance; a good place to drifting!

Because that is the day they hold "Friday" night drags

... and NO they don't do drifting at that track.

Drags are not about how a car will do... it is about how a driver will do with the car he has. Reaction time, maintaining traction, shifts within optimum power band, etc are all driver inputs... nothing to do with the car -- these can easily add 3-5 tenths to a run which translates roughly to 3-5 car lengths. I've seen cars with lots of power lose to cars with less hp... it all came down to the driver.

Bunch of my buddes from the G35/350Z/GTR world are planning to go May 15th --I may take the bimmer and run up against them.

I might do a few runs too since I will be there in the morning for tracking...
