Post winter storage maintenance

So it's getting to be about that time of year again here in Minneapolis. Been keeping an eye on the road crews to fix all the crater sized holes in our roads so I can avoid testing my tire/wheel insurance. Planning to get the oil changed based on other forums I've read but was curious if others had suggestions on fluid replacement, etc? Some folks say coolant...BMW says coolant is good for the life of the car even if it sits. Any insights would be much appreciated.
