that wont CLEAN your engine bay, just make it shiny, use a degreaser.

Threadjack -- if you spray degreaser, are there areas you need to be careful with? Spots where not to apply, or places where to be careful with the hose?

I always thought the engine bay was water protected, but I had two coilpacks on my Audi go bad, they said it was because of the recent detail I had (professionally done).

I have done a ton of engine details and I have to tell you no problems except for coilpacks ( I had them go on my S4 and my RS6) both probably because of the engine detail.

I haven't had anything else go on a engine but those 2 cars.
