i'm sure i'm not the only one on these boards who remembers the exact date, time or what the weather was like the day we took delivery of our cars.

my dealership, bmw of concord, hasn't forgotten either! check out what i just received from them; a beautiful print of the E92 coupe concept car. now, that's what i call customer service!

this is not the first time they surprised me with a really thoughtful gift, however. you may recall the incredible gesture my sales rep extended to me a few weeks after taking delivery. if not, check out this thread.

my props and thanks go out to Lamar Bias and BMW of Concord!!

I got the very same picture about 2 days ago. Very nice! You get that after the first year of ownership.

its a print, not the actual one, and the paper makes it look fuzzy like that, kinda artsy... I liked mine.

I think it's a nice gesture. I got one about a year ago but kept forgetting about posting it up. Then I saw that a bunch of people got theirs on bimmerfest as well. I still think that it's a very good idea in earning customer loyalty.

BMW sends them out at your 1 year anniversary - everyone should get one right around the 1 year mark - they are quite nice and they match up to what you bought also - coupe, sedan or vert!
