E93 C-pillar squeek

So I'm having a bit of a headache with my right C-pillar

whenever I drive slowly it squeeks in such a way as if the chassis is bending (u know the sound).
when I convert the top, it gets stuck, I have to take it down (till where it gets stuck), bring it back to closed, and then re-open it... then for the next day, the sound is gone..

if I drive on the highway I don't hear anything
is this normal?

I'd take it in, but the dealership here are total morons (didn't buy my car from where I currently live).. I mean one of the SAs asked me how many turbos it has.. I sure as hell am not trusting my car to them...
