Are you OK WT? If you don’t know about a car, don’t be in the business.

Are you OK WT? If you don’t know about a car, don’t be in the business.
I bought a cargo matt supposed to fit E91 but it didn’t. Way too small.
The delivered package states that the product is good for E90, E91, E92 and E93. Here is the conversation with a WT customer support this morning: Me: I received the cargo matt and it did not fit either E91 or E93. WT: Which BMW do you have? Me: I have a 2009 E91 and a 2008 E93. WT: Which E91 do you have? A sedan or a coupe? Is it an all wheel drive? Which E93 do you have ? A sedan or a coupe? Is it an all wheel drive? Our product only fits E90, E91, E92 and E93. Me: Well, BMW E91 is the wagon and E93 is the convertible. E91 is xDrive but BMW doesn’t make E93 xDrive. WT: Then we don’t make for them. Just return them. MN quality?? |

I guess you're talking about Weather Tech . Why are you criticizing the whole company based on your conversation with 1 customer support rep? For what it's worth, the OEM cargo liner is made by weathertech, not sure about the mats.

This is not so unusual. If you are not cautious, the parts department of the dealer who sold you the car may try to sell you an oil filter that fits a different engine.

In all fairness to WT, they make a ton of different mats for different vehicles. Just because the rep works for them doesn't mean she(he) knows the first thing about any of the cars they are made for.
On the other hand, the salesman who told me the CX-7 had a 5 speed auto and argued with my when I corrected him by saying it was a 6-speed shouldn't be selling cars.

Go to Chevrolet Dealership Ask about Volt Very interested in a deposit or something that tells GM of our interest in buying one of the first off the line. The guy did not know about the Volt, called it a pure concept when Wagoner was bandying around the term "Production in 2010". Guy talks about Malibu Hybrid and how it's all great now. Tell him politely that we are only interested in the Volt. He then proceeded to show me an Aveo, asking me if i would be interested in one since i was looking for good MPG
