Scratches on the inside of my windshield!

Hey guys, I had tint on my front windshield and after getting them taken off there are all these swirl marks on the inside. Do I need my whole windshield replaced or can this be fixed? Thanks in advance.

Im not sure if its from the tint. Also, if i do need to get my whole windshield replaced, how much would it cost?

Hmmmm. Now that I think about it, there were scratches on my old 2006 330xi in the rear window. It never occurred to me that they might have removed tint. Why would they remove the tint? I would assumed hat would add value to the car as summers here can get pretty hot. Especially with black leather interior.

I did search but most ppl had scratches on the outside of the windshield. I tried wiping it with windex etc but it didnt do anything. If i scratch it with my nail, i can actually feel the texture. The tint was removed because it was on the front windshield and its illegal in NJ.

try rubbing alcohol. might be glue residue.
or the asshats who removed it used a scraper instead of just steaming it off...
then u need a new windshield to get rid of the scratches if they're deep

Asshats. That's a new one. :-) oTint on the windshield is legal in some states? That would be pretty cool. Literally cool in the summer. :-)
