WARNING! Wheel power. Inc, is a fraud

I orderd and payed $2950.00 for set of RDsport RD2 wheels from Wheel Power Inc, and they never delivered the product, when i tryed to contact them no answer to my e-mails and no answer to the telephone. So do not make the same misstake as i did!

Yeah, how did you pay for this?

Is there no way to try to get your money back? Did you check to make sure they were a reputable company before buying?

Sorry you got ripped off, man. Best of luck in pursuing your money.

+1 call the credit card company ASAP and let them fight it out on your behalf. If you used PayPal, even better and contest/file a complaint. If all else fails - small claims is your friend.

We had a financial dispute with Wheelpower that ended *reasonably* well, but I understand your predicament as unfortunately we had to get the legal system involved to get a response.

Jason is a good guy, but he is in over his head due to a series of major shakeups there. No need to get into it.

If you bought with a credit card, just do a chargeback, you'll get a full refund.
If you need help contacting them, maybe I can be of assistance. I'd hate to see you lose your money over communication barriers.

Is the company named Wheelpower and are they located in Huntington Beach, CA? The reason I ask is that there is a business called Wheel Power Inc. located in Kentucky which has a decent rating from the Better Business Bureau. But it does wheel alignments and frame and axle service. If the company is located in Huntington Beach and their business is selling tires and rims, it sure seems as if they are a fraud. Check out the rating of Wheelpower from the Southern California Better Business Bureau.

http://www.la.bbb.org/BusinessReport...nyID=100017705

Briefly, their rating is an F on a scale of A+ to F.
In the report, the BBB goes on to state:

We strongly question the company’s reliability for reasons such as that they have failed to respond to complaints, their advertising is grossly misleading, they are not in compliance with the law’s licensing or registration requirements, their complaints contain especially serious allegations, or the company’s industry is known for its fraudulent business practices.

If this a company based in California and it doesn't reply to your complaints, your can always let the local Better Business Bureau know about your dealings with them. But your best recourse is filing a complaint with the California Department of Consumer Affairs.

Good luck.

Deposit directly into his bank account? I seem to remember this Afirican Prince who needed similar help from me once.
