What data is transmitted to bmwna?

Recently got a call from BMW to schedule service. They said I needed cscope. Routine. But what surprised me was when she said I needed washer fluid (I did), and I didn't always wear my seat belt! So my question is, what all data is sent to bmwna when the car autosends?

Probably all Error Codes that the car is sounding routinely. They most probably have a log.

So tell me this, do you have the assist feature? Or did they find all this out from your key fob?

They seemed to have called him because he was obviously too busy making films to have paid a visit to the dealer.

I have BMW assist. It just took me by surprise. They called me out of the blue telling me to wear my seatbelt and get some wiper fluid and all that. I was like WTF? I looked at the idrive and saw it had transmitted data about an hour before.

it doesn't matter if you have bmw assist or not, a lot of information is sent back to BMWNA and BMW HQ in Germany.

I think when you have Assist, virtually everything except a DNA sample is uploaded, to include weight, height, eye color, shoe size, arm length (I changed my tilt/telescope wheel and BMW Assist generated an email to the Men's Warehouse with the updated measurements for arm length).....

Where in idrive?

Not worried about seatbelt (always wear) or washer fluid (always full) but I am worried about some other data.

In service info screen. I know a lot of people are worried about some data like boost logs so I'm trying to figure out if anyone has inside knowledge of what is transmitted. I'm not worried myself since I'm stock
