My poor baby....

Just got hit by a Honda Element... looks like it's M-Tech bumper time! Sad thing about the whole thing is that the Element didn't even have a scratch on it. Must be those darn plastic bumpers.

You pay the difference between the cost of the regular part the upgrade. The good thing is labor is effectively free (since insurance is paying for labor to replace the original part).

that doesnt look that bad tho. i had a similar dent on my e90. popped that thing back out lol but it looks like it broke through in that one spot. good luck on the repair/m-tech kit

Do you guys think that anything internally is messed up? I know it's tough to say just based on the picture.

Thinking if not, I could just buy a bumper and replace it myself?

We probably wont know till you take the cover off. You can replace the cover on your own if the car sans the cover is fine, just order the M Tech rear prepainted from Tischer.

Similar thing happened to me, but the damage to my car was no where near as bad as yours. Got mine replaced by an M-Tech so everything worked out even better than before.

I had the body shop check if there was damage and luckily for me there wasn't. Hopefully everything works out for you the way it did for me.
