Hartge front lip, etc.
The more I study pix on this site, the more impressed I am with the Hartge front lip. Really good looking, in any color. Any clearance probs on parking ramps, etc.? How difficult is this to DIY install? If you had it done, what was the installation cost? And what else is out that's as sexy as the Hartge? Links or pix would be great. Thanks in advance.

I am actually using the hartge instructions to install my ACS front lip, it looks relatively easy, I say this now because I consulted with a few members on this board. I am also worried about clearance of my driveway, since my house is on a hill and I have a 330i with ZSP, it barely clears the driveway, even scrapes the two front rubber mud flaps on the way up.

The replica sold by Ryan (DMT) is the best on both fitment and material. It's even better than the OEM. The installation should not take more than 10 min.

Thanks for the info. Very helpful. I searched a bit here and found pix of the Arqray lip. Really like this, too. Anyone with install/experience on this model? And now, for the RSQ (really stupid question)- These are all unpainted at shipping, yes?

Hmm, I'd estimate an inch/inch & 1/2 lower, but it protrudes outward some, so you'll need to be careful of those cement stoppers in parking spots. |
