SOW this Friday

Hey guys,

I am thinking about going to SOW this friday with couple of my buddies through Speedventures. I am wondering what kind of prep I need to do to my car before going out on the track. I just need to know the NECESSARY prep.

just a full tank of gas.

If you have money and time to burn, you can change brake fluid, change oil, and detail.

enjoy!

Get 91oct gas in Rosamond since it is $4/gallon at the track. They also have race gas 100oct at $8 gallon. You can use a whole tank during the day. Don't have to leave the track after a couple of laps because you forgot to start the session with at least a quarter tank. Ask me how I know...

Just the usual. Fuel, torque the lugs, adjust air pressure on all 4 corners, etc etc. Although i will say, if you've never been to SOW before, theirs plenty of rocks/dirty/debris on the track. If you care at all for your paint, i would tape it up.

Just start off with 35psi cold all around and adjust accordingly. Make sure to keep an eye out on the hot pressure as they tend to overheat and get greasy.
