Have your car towed to a dealership, have them cut/order you new keys. Have plenty of money ready.

I recently checked about a spare key and it runs about $140. The dealer has to order it, they can only be coded in New Jersey or Germany. You have to present them with the registration or title to show proof of ownership and it takes about 3-4 days to get the new key.

I'm curious, how do you pull off losing BOTH keys???
